Image Catalog is an internal tool, run by Sweet Shop for Image Comics staff, for finding and correcting Image's catalog data in Airtable. This policy explains what it stores when you sign in and what it does with it.
What we collect
- Your Airtable user ID and email address, which Airtable shares when you sign in.
- The Airtable access and refresh tokens issued to this app, stored encrypted.
- A copy of the catalog records in the Airtable base you share with the app, so it can search them quickly, and copies of their cover images.
- Standard request logs kept by our hosting provider, Laravel Cloud, including IP address and browser.
How we use it
- To sign you in and limit access to Image Comics staff.
- To read and write catalog records in Airtable on your behalf, only when you make an edit. Airtable records those edits under your name.
- To keep the search index current by reading changed records from the shared base.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the services that run the app: Airtable, Laravel Cloud and its database and storage providers.
Retention and deletion
Your account and tokens are kept while you use the app. Revoke the app's access from your Airtable account settings at any time, or email kenny@sweet.dev to have your account and tokens deleted. Catalog copies are refreshed from Airtable and removed when the records are removed there.
