These terms cover your use of Image Catalog, an internal tool run by Sweet Shop for Image Comics staff.
Who may use it
Only Image Comics staff and the people working with them, signing in with their own Airtable account. Don't share your access.
Your edits
Edits are written straight to Airtable using your Airtable permissions and are recorded under your name. You are responsible for the changes you make, as you would be in Airtable itself. The app can only do what your Airtable account is allowed to do.
Availability
The app is provided as is, without warranties. It may be changed, paused or retired at any time. Airtable remains the source of truth; if the app and Airtable disagree, Airtable is right.
Ending access
You can stop using the app and revoke its Airtable access at any time. Access may be removed for anyone who is no longer working with Image Comics or who misuses it.
Privacy
How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
